Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fazah fitness services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as displayed during the booking process.

• All prices are in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR)
• Payment must be completed before service confirmation
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email
• Additional fees may apply for premium services

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to cancellation fees.

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund
• No-shows will be charged the full amount

Health and Safety

Participants must be in good health and physically capable of participating in fitness activities. You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your participation.

• Consult your physician before starting any fitness program
• Inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Use equipment properly and at your own risk

Liability and Insurance

Fazah provides fitness services with qualified instructors, but participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Participants assume responsibility for their own safety
• Fazah is not liable for injuries during sessions
• Personal insurance coverage is recommended
• Equipment damage may result in additional charges

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and other participants. Inappropriate behavior may result in session termination without refund.

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Wear appropriate fitness attire
• Respect facility rules and equipment
• Maintain personal hygiene standards

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.

• Personal information is kept confidential
• Data is used for booking and communication only
• We do not share information with third parties
• You may request data deletion at any time

Modifications to Terms

Fazah reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law
